Rubis Tradition
It has a ruby colour with tints of crimson a nose of black fruits and a hint of
prune and a spicy finish.
This cuvee was
made to be enjoyed during the summer or the autumn for a drink with friends or
to accompagny red or white meat barbecues.
Terrines, roasted
meats in general as well as saddle roasts, chops, le roasts and all types of cooked
meats will de ideal to accompany this wine.
As for cheeses
it will suit well, we suggest Banon, Saint Maure, Pont l'Evêque, Beaufort
and Tomme (Savoie or Dauphiné) cheeses. |
